so i recently bought a t430 and wanted to do the keyboard mod only to find out that there are a lot of fakes out there, so was wondering if anyone has a 2021 assessment of the t420 keyboard market, can you still get a real one if you look around? or have all of the good original keyboards dried up at this point

2021.09.18 20:59 MIA_AIM1 Libertarian mask of conservatives

California passed some legislation ending Single-family zoning. Which is a rightwing libertarian move, less government involvement initiated at state level. More property rights and will lead to more investments.
In polite company the conservative oppose this saying it will change 'neighborhood character' whatever the fuck that means. Give them anonymity like the Conservative then the masks comes off. It all about how this will lead to low income housing, drugs, crimes, slums, ghettos, blacks and browns coming to your neighborhood.
I have low expectation of conservatives but these type of things are just genuinely disappointing. These people don't have principles. Maybe the leftists are right, it is just bigotry.

2021.09.18 20:59 kayakero Reddit Forex Success Stories: Blind Traders Overcoming Difficulties

Reddit Forex Success Stories: Blind Traders Overcoming Difficulties We all know of many examples where Forex traders managed to achieve great success or even become millionaires. Think of Richard Dennis, who turned an amount of $400 into a fortune, which according to some estimates, exceeded $200 million; or Alexander Elder, author of several bestsellers translated into dozens of languages; or Nicholas Darvas, a trader who made his first money dancing and then invested his initial capital in the stock market.
He became one of the most successful investors of his time. Over 18 months he managed it to make 2 million USD using an initial capital of $36.000. The list can go on.
However, we also know that the list of traders who have not achieved success in the business is much longer.
Because of this, it'i not acceptable that a trader who has not made a lot of money, or even suffered some losses, but continues to actively study financial markets, applying great efforts to improve, cannot be called a loser.
Without a doubt, such a trader will be successful. For people who work hard cannot be compared to those who join the market with the desire to earn easy money, who are not prepared to work hard or apply any effort. These traders blame others for their mistakes without seeing their own.
- Read my >>>eToro Review<<<
They may have perfect trading conditions (large initial deposit, free time, good health), but it is not helpful to them.
I would also like to mention a special class of traders, who have been very successful in trading despite major obstacles.
These traders are, in fact, blind. Let's take look at their stories
Laura sloate Laura Sloate (in the center)
Laura Sloate manages a portfolio of stocks of $405 million. She owns the investment company Sloate Weisman Murray & Co, founded in 1974 and also manages the Strong Value Fund, from which she earned 13% profit even during the global financial crisis in 2008.
At the same time, Laura Sloate cannot read stock quotes, or analysis reviews, as she is almost completely blind from the age of six.
On Laura Sloate, she became interested in stocks and math where she studied in college. Her father was an investor and often asked Laura to estimate the value of his portfolio.
The future financier carried out calculations in her mind faster than her father could by writing columns of calculation on a sheet of paper.
In her childhood, Laura dreamed of a career on Wall Street. Despite his blindness, her dream helped him obtain a master's degree in history and he had an interview with an investment company that wanted an analyst in the stock market.
Years later, Sloate confessed that the senior leadership of the analytics department refused to give her the job and advised her to forget about investing, saying there were three reasons why she would not be successful. The reasons were: "you are a woman, blind and inexperienced."
Bad experience that did not stop Laura from having faith in herself and her own potential. Blindness is not an obstacle. This problem only teaches you to see alternative solutions, thinks Laura.
As is often the case, after many failures, Sloate received a job as an analyst. She soon became one of the greatest financial experts on Wall Street.
Later, Laura Sloite helped her employer earn a 20% annual profit and eventually became a millionaire.

Lauren Oplinger is from Summit, New Jersey. He joined JP Morgan in 2008 after graduating from the College of Holy Cross in Massachusetts.
A year later, in February, Lauren's life changed. He was on the verge of death from a serious illness. For a month Lauren was between life and death and only in April did she finally open her eyes and discover that she could not see.
This was motivated by the lack of oxygen caused by a heart attack, his optic nerve was damaged. Even though Lauren is a brave girl, she was desperate.
"When I opened my eyes, I couldn't even see the light," Lauren said.
She spent the summer in New Jersey and his vision was slightly restored. He could distinguish light and dark and see shadows.
Lauren returned to work in September 2009 and began learning to live and work again. In her office at JP Morgan Lauren she has three large 24-inch monitors, a keyboard with glossy stickers, and special software with audio programs, which reads texts and emails aloud.
All of this helps her to work efficiently during a long trading day, which starts for Lauren at 6.30 in the morning. Lauren worked hard and in January 2009 she was promoted.
>>>eToro Review<<<
Currently, Lauren works in the municipal bonds department of JPMorgan Chase & Co bank in New York, her work requires a lot of attention, a mistake can be very expensive.
Vishal Agrawal https://preview.redd.it/7f687jyr5bo71.png?width=1999&format=png&auto=webp&s=5c151e7e7826d862f985a7f1e93865b24f912d30
29-year-old Vishal Agraval lost his vision nine years ago, but his blindness did not prevent him from starting his trading activity. With special audio programs Vishal you can listen to the changes in the prices in the trading terminal.
Bank managers are happy with Vishal's achievements and his trading opportunities are stable and growing since he joined the bank.
Vishal's mentor was Ashish Goyal, a blind trader who worked as a portfolio manager at JPMorgan and BlueCrest Capital Management.
Vishal continued to study despite his blindness. He read books on finance and technology with the help of the audio program on Kindle, he also listened to business news. Despite her goal of a career in trading and investing, local banks did not offer her a job.
Vishal completely lost his vision in 2008 after graduating from college. Vishal decided to start his career as a trader.
At 22, Vishal borrowed from friends and started trading stocks using a long / short strategy. Three years later, he paid his friends back because his income exceeded 400%.
Long / short investment strategies are used by hedge funds; It is a direct investment option where traders buy undervalued products and sell overvalued ones.
Vashal decided that he needed another degree from a high-quality university to apply for a job in a large company. However, after graduating from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, one of the best management schools in India, he was just one of 120 graduates and still couldn't find a job.
Seven long months Vashal was looking for a job every day without success. Finally, Standard Chartered offered him a job as a Forex trader.
Like everyone new to Forex Vishal started trading demo accounts, testing various strategies and learning how to make trading decisions. After gaining skills and confidence, he was allowed to trade real assets. In addition, he continued to invest in his personal account with the approval of the department monitoring the trading rules.
Vishal has been working at Standard Chartered for three years.
"Now, if you look at me at the end of the day, you couldn't guess if I lost or won money," Vishal said with a smile. "My boss explained that this is exactly what a professional trader does."
Conclusion We cannot imagine all the difficulties our heroes had to face. They have succeeded in a business as complicated as trading just because of their willpower and hard work.
The lives of these people is an example that shows once again that great desire and hard work will help you achieve any goal!

2021.09.18 20:59 SpartanG01 Is there a way to play ranged in this game?

So far I've played Thief, Warrior, Guardian, Revenant, Engineer, Necromancer and Elementalist and so far every single high rated Open World build for every one of those is essentially melee. (Even the mage... what the hell?)
Looking at Metabattle the recommended builds for Mesmer and Ranger also looked primarily melee...
Is there a viable way to play a ranged character in this game in Open World content?
